Fortnightly Candy #18

Morning everyone!




As you can see from the title, around 50% of people didn't follow the very simple rules for the candy.  As it makes for a lot more work for me if I have to sort through them on the morning of the draw, I will now be checking entries as we go and removing the ones which haven't followed the rules as soon as I see them.

  3. I always use a blade but sometimes I would get to the the last side then cut it too narrow and ruin it all. However I have found my knife and Perfect Layers ruler are a terrific combination. No probs now Hooray! Christine

  9. I recently bought Perfect Layers rulers and been using those with a craft knife and I am so loving this for making my matting layers. They turn out perfect!

  18. I am happy to say I own a guillotine it saves me a lot of re-cutting of things use to be a ruler with exacto blade :) thanks for the chance

  21. I like my large fiskars cutter, but I love to fussy cut. I don't know why just something about fussy cutting makes it so clean.

  23. Guillotine, paper trimmer, knife or scissors...which is your favourite tool for cutting your matting layers?
    I prefer my die cutting machine for cutting my matts and layers, but from the list above, a guillotine is always at hand too if needed for those matts I don't have dies or cartridges for. x

Thank you for another chance to win this generous candy Lexie...I have had trimmer, upon trimmer, and got fed up with trying to get blades. finally bought a Guillotine, and I am so glad, love it, and wish I had bought it sooner, would have saved me a lot of cash that I could have used on more interesting Crafty items, LOL xxx
