Fortnightly Candy #11

Morning everyone!

It's Candy time, starting with the Candy #10 winner!  :o)

Lots more people followed the rules this week so thank you.  There are still a few who haven't so please make sure that you do so you don't miss out if you are draw.

The winner for Candy #10 is:

which means that

  Caroline W

is the winner of the £10 voucher to spend at www.scribbleandscrap.co,uk

Congratulations Caroline, please can you email me at scribbleandscrap@yahoo.co.uk to claim your prize?

If you would like to the chance to win the £10 voucher in this new candy, then you need to make sure you do the following three things:

1/  Make sure you are following this blog.

2/  Paste the Candy badge (top right sidebar) into your blog sidebar and link back to this blog.

3/ Leave a comment below answering the following question:

As you will see below (if you haven't seen already) I am now doing papers in the shop and we already have a great selection.  My question for this candy is what colours would you like to see in the shop?

4/  Put your name down for the candy using linky.

Remember that you need to follow all the rules to qualify.  Many of the last entries failed to answer the question...again!
Good luck!
Thank you for the great response for the last candy.  Have to admit that I'm a massive Promarker fan as I cannot get on with the brush nibs and love the fine nibs which fit the Promarkers.  I also love their range of colours.  Graph Its are also a great marker and I'm building up my collection, but nothing will beat my Promarkers!

If you've not already paid a visit to see my new papers, head over now for a quick look.  There are lots more on the way so keep your eye on them to see if anything catches your eye.  I have designed the sets so that there are plenty of options to mix and match and they come with matching matting layers so that your entire card works perfectly together.

Scribble and Scrap

Also, I am just finishing off a new digi character so keep your eyes out for him in the next few days.  He's seriously cute!

And please pop back tomorrow as the lovely Mirella DK has created a fabulous tutorial which you won't want to miss.

Take care and happy crafting!

  1. I'm a huge fan of neutrals and vintage colours. I often default back to creams and browns, and I find they're the kind of papers my eye gravitates to when I'm browsing...

  22. Congrats on the new papers. I design my own and it is so much fun to come up with interesting concepts that hopefully others will like. Answering the candy question is extremely difficult. There are just too many colours to choose from--I'm not sure there is a colour I dislike. I personally love seeing a mixture of colours in one paper and also colours that you normally don't think will work like pinks and oranges or blues and greens. These are combos that I'm not brave enough to create with myself but when I see them put together by others, they seem to make them work. The good think about multi coloured papers is that they are more versatile giving you the opportunity to use them for more projects. Good luck with this new aspect of the store Lexie!

    1. Thank you Lisa...I've always loved playing around making backing papers for my own cards and I'm not a natural artist so digis take me forever...this is much more my thing and, as you say, it's a lot of fun. I have so many ideas...just nowhere near enough time.
